Holman is hiring for a Business Analyst/Transformation Analyst (internal title: Transformation Analyst - Service Transformation) for our growing team!

What will you do?

  • Act as the primary liaison between the business and technology team, representing the needs of the business and ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure that technology solutions including Salesforce CRM and Customer Supper Center are built to meet business needs, and configured to support the specific requirements of all user groups.
  • Work with users and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and propose solutions that leverage new technology.
  • Align with technical delivery team to develop and maintain a roadmap for technology implementation that outlines key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to ensure that the user experience is intuitive and easy to use, and that users are provided with the training and support they need to be successful.
  • Support CR Transformation Data Scientist and the business, namely CX team, to develop and maintain a set of metrics and KPIs to track the performance of the CRM system and its impact on business operations.
  • Work with the technology team to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and integrated with other key systems and tools.
  • Communicate regularly with business leaders and end-users to gather feedback, identify issues, and propose solutions to improve systems.
  • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Lead to ensure changes and rollouts are effectively documented, communicated, measured, and monitored.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and operations, and how technology can be used to improve them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to CRM and related technologies, and propose new solutions or enhancements that could benefit the business.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 2-4 years’ project management or process improvement experience, including analysis and recommendations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM preferred, not required
  • Ability to analyze, design, and implement technology solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to summarize and express information and ideas in a clear and organized manner
